There are two ways that we can provide you with an environmentally friendly kitchen.

The most environmentally concious way is to replace all you doors, drawer fronts and worktops, keeping the original carcuses, repairing where-ever necessary. Secondly we can completely re-design and fit a brand new eco kitchen.
Although at Gurniture we always encourage recycling whereever possible, sometimes starting from scratch is the only option available.

All doors and surfaces are oiled, providing the user with a hygeinic and easy to maintain working environment. Knocks and scratches only add to the character of Gurniture pieces, and with a yearly re-oiling the kitchen surfaces get harder and richer in colour with time. A well maintained Gurniture kitchen worktop can stand up to spillages of oil, red wine and boiling water for decades, and with free standing units you can take your environmentally friendly kitchen with you whenever you move!
